Whilst many centres offer this, the approach at IVFNJ is designed to maximise comfort, with all procedures performed by a trained professional who can offer local analgesia if needed, an option which is not available in many radiology facilities.
Where fallopian tube obstruction is diagnosed, patients are commonly advised to have surgery, but IVFNJ offers selective salpingography or tubal catheterisation.

In 1992 the award-winning IVFNJ team achieved one of the first egg donation conceptions in New Jersey. Within just a few years they were achieving exceptional esuccess in live birth rates among donor egg recipients, as well as non-donor IVF patients.
The staff at IVFNJ provide a concierge service to help you through this complicated process in a seamless manner. They will assist you with travel arrangements and finding a medical facilitiy close to your home for monitoring.

Physicians make their own call backs and the Center processes its own lab tests for monitoring treatments, allowing faster and accurate turnaround. There are four convenient loctions within a short distance of New York City and monitoring is also available in NYC.
One treatment offered at IVFNJ is HSG or hysterosalpingogram. This provides information about whether or not the fallopian tubes are obstructed and whether there are abnormalities such as an unusual shape or polyps in the uterine cavity.

The Blastocyst Transfer programme for example has resulted in a reduced triplet pregancy rate of less than 5%. With its focus on advanced treatments and individual patient care, IVFNJ has one of the highest success rates in the USA. Furthermore most treatments are available at prices comparable to centres in Europe.
A contoured recliner replaces the flat metal table standard in radiology labs and a state-of-the-art x-ray C-arm generates better images whilst reducing x-ray exposure.

Avoidance of surgery
This is an advanced procedure that uses catheters to open the blocked tube(s) without surgery. It has the added advantage of avoiding delays in trying to conceive.
